Read 'em and weep, as we used to say when I played poker. Now, in response to those who decried my fast for peace...and those 3 nephews know who they are...I remember why what I have done is correct. No sane person can continue to live like this...unless they made some small change to distance themselves from it, whether it is fasting against it, or writing against it, or speaking against it, or praying against it...or just thinking silently against it. But you cannot live without demurring even a little. If you cannot distance yourself even a little bit, you are already dead...and not from lack of food.
