From the Banks of the Maumee

Toledo, Ohio has appointed its first Latino Fire Chief. Luis Santiago took his oath of office in Chub de Wolfe Park in downtown Toledo. I remember Chub; we called him "The Buffalo" since he was of Belgian descent. Congratulations to Chief Santiago.
