Alex's Dad has me listening to Jazz! Today we experienced Horace Silver, and then The Modern Jazz Quartet. I like it. It is like discovering a new world... or a new ocean, standing on that proverbial peak in Darien and whatever.

I wish I liked jazz. I don't particularly care for it because I don't know anything about it. I like just about every other kind of music there is. (Roughly) I've got a little bit of jazz on my iPod, and I do like the big band stuff, which qualifies for jazz, I think.
Good luck to you in your quest. When you get through with that, you can try reggae.
I never liked it until this morning. Amazing.
