Enciendo un cigarrillo;
el humo se cae
en los valles de los hombres y las mujeres;
él pinta las hojas rojas,
roja como el fuego,
oscura como el tabaco.

I light a cigarette:
the smoke falls
into the valleys of men and women;
it paints the leaves red,
red like the fire,
