Peak Oil

Peak Oil has come and gone. The only thing left are more and more expensive ways of wringing oil from the earth, like fracking. When environmental costs are added in, it is a terribly expensive process. We are where Olaf Stapledon foresaw: frenetically spending more and more on fossil fuels and madly expending energy in a cycle which gives us less and less.

It is time for people to start getting off the Macabre Merry-Go-Round, and to find their own sanctuaries and shelters.
