Copenhagen, Our Town

Our Town

Emily is dead in Wilder's Our Town.
For the first time she sees how precious each moment is.
Friends face each other and realize their love...

Heisenberg and Bohr meet in Copenhagen, and they cannot really communicate the immense things they have to say.
Only after death can they speak to each other, but even death is no guarantee of understanding.

As I sit here, my very own time - my time - became granular, and each moment separated out of the solution of time. Each second becomes a jewel of comprehension.

If we were in a computer simulation, and if the processing power available in the solar system were insufficient, our times would become granular, and in the simulation we would all reach sainthood and be the lords of time without LSD.
